The Backstory...

As a professional I bring two decades of diverse work experience that involves IT and Project Management as well as establishing a baking enterprise more recently. A strong background in planning, execution and strategy helped me transition into entrepreneurship. From humble beginnings as a home baker to setting up two cloud kitchens within a few years has been nothing short of an enriching rollercoaster. My experience as a business owner taught me to navigate the challenges of a new industry while understanding the importance of consistent action and embracing obstacles as part of the norm rather than exceptions.

Over the last decade, my personal journey involving self-reflection, mindfulness, and conscious incremental change has created transformational shifts within and sparked a strong desire to empower those around with the tools and skills I have acquired.
